Our Community

Westwood Hills is fortunate to have access to excellent resources that support and bolster our community.  Westwood Hills has both a Homes and Community Association that provides trash service for the community, as well as community events that bring together our residents. 

The Westwood Hills Historic Foundation provides support to beautify our city.  

Johnson County provides numerous resources to provide information, infrastructure, and services to our community.

Our community has access to some of the best public and private schools in the Kansas City area.  Some are within walking distance of our community.  One of the original visions of J.C. Nichols was that shops would be an integral part of our vibrant community. Westwood Hills has a wonderful complement of shops located at 50th and State Line.
