The City Prosecutor's Office has implemented a policy allowing Court Clerks to process requests for traffic ticket amendments or reduced fines in certain limited circumstances. Previously, all persons requesting traffic amendments or reduced fines on most equipment charges were required to personally speak to a City Prosecutor on their scheduled court date. The City believes this new process will provide a more efficient service to residents and visitors to our City charged with certain violations.
